- Support technical query calls
- Provide customer support within agreed timeframe
- Knowledge exchange within a team
- Handle escalations related to process / technical knowledge
Qualifications:
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Call Queue management tools
- Experience with a BPO / Call Centre environment would be an asset
