THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
You will manage an international group of customers.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for all customer operations processes within the European region. You will work within a rapidly growing global E-Commerce business unit and help to develop it further. Are you looking for a challenge in which you will guarantee the happiness of a large and international portfolio of clients? Do you have experience within E-Commerce environments? RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage an international group of customers
- Improvement of Customer Operations and OTC processes
- Further develop a growing business unit on a global scale
- Process improvement projects
- Management of a small team of customer service specialists
- External stakeholder management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant area
- At least 5 years of experience within customer service and/or logistics
- Strong knowledge of E-Commerce processes
- Previous experience in the Food / FMCG industry
- Management experience
- Fluency in English
