Customer Service Junior Advisor German Speaker

Who are we looking for?
Before you start our induction training we will check if you:
- would like to start your international career
- want to have daily contact with language
- are open for working with clients
- speak German at least at C1 level and English at B2 level
We do not require any professional experience. You will be working in international environment, where willingness of learning new things is supported by wide range of trainings and courses which are designed to improve your skills and abilities.
What will you do?
- Successfully communicate by phone and email with clients and internal teams to coordinate all order-related actions
- Analyze and manage customer's questions
- working in ERP system
- Generate potential sales opportunities by providing product information, recommending specific products or solutions, maintaining and building customer relationships
