THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

International pharmaceutical company with affiliates worldwide. From their location in Breda, they control most of the distribution activities at a European level.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Representative will become the first point of contact for customer, affiliates and service providers (affiliates, physicians, pharmacists, wholesalers, hospitals, distributors and other internal departments) within the pharmaceutical industry.

The Czech/ Spanish Customer Service will support the Supply Chain department by:
- Executes Track and Trace daily, follows up on delays and signs off reports
- Handling and solving service/transport issues
- Executes returns for all order types

Additionally, he/she follows up on customer complaints and identifies and initiates process improvements to decrease the number.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Unique first point of contact for customers, affiliates and Local Service Providers (LSPs).
- Develops and maintain good relationships with internal/external stakeholders
- Ensures customer satisfaction
- Solves customer complaints
- Identify and initiate process improvements to decrease number of service complaints
- Order management: executes track and trace on daily basis, follows up on delays, and signs off reports, executes returns for all order types, credit and debit notes, follows up timely release.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or or sales
- Native speaker in Czech or Spanish and advanced level of English
- Diplomacy communication with internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a team
- previous experience in the pharma, medical devices, biotech, healthcare or food industry is appreciated
