THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
They are a fast growing company within the Food industry. To keep up with this growth and to support the take over of a competitor they require an extra Customer Service Employee.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Employee you will be the communicator between the customers and the company. This requires you to full fill the orders they make by communicating these efficiently to your colleagues. This is done mostly within a team but often requires you to work individually as well. Sometimes this can be very hectic due to the way you have to communicate with various customers in various countries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be mainly responsible for the contact between the customers of this company and the company itself. These customers are situated world wide. To ensure the highest level of customer satisfactory you are required to complete customer orders and follow these until delivery of the actual product. You will be also responsible for:
- Working on possible improvements within your daily work cycle
- Always focussing on cost improvement
- Switching quickly between customers, supply chain and transporters
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc or BSc degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- 3-5 Years' relevant work experience
- Fluent in English, Dutch and a preference towards either German or French
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP tool
