For our Client, one of the company located in Katowice, we are looking for a person to hold a position Customer Service Coordinator with Czech or Slovak languages.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Coordinator with Czech or Slovaklanguages you will be responsible for email and phone contact with customers, ensuring high level of customers' satisfaction, cooperating with other departments, analyzing operational data, maintaining and reporting progress on sales targets, maintaining excellent communication and working relationships with all internal stakeholders and many more.

Our requirements
To be the best Candidate for this position you need to speak English on C1 level and Slovak or Czech on min B1 level. Additionally, you need to be customer focused, have strong organizational skills and an experience in working with customers. Analytical skills, efficiency and attention to details are a plus.
