We are looking for an experienced Customer Service (Case Manager), who is passionate about service delivery and eager to make a true impact on our patients’ in the most vulnerable moments of their life, enhancing quality of the patient management and delivering a 5-star customer experience. Reporting directly to the Team Manager of Customer Operations directly you will assess, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate actions required to provide support the best remote support to the patient prior, during and after the treatment. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full patient care cycle.

 

As our Case Manager - Critical Illness you'll get to:

  • Provide support to incoming cases and confirm policy, as well as medical eligibility
  • Coordinate and provide access to the best specialists and health care providers in a timely and effective manner
  • Support the insured member to understand the clinical journey and provide a treatment recommendation in alignment with the Specialists and Health Care Providers
  • Review, authorize and control medical costs in line with medical reports and treatment plans
  • Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closure
  • Help patients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options
  • Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms and produce statistical reports

Wymagania

We'd love to meet someone who:

  • University Degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally from an international health/insurance oriented business is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate has a clinical background combined with experience in customer operations within the health insurance, or second medical opinion sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English & Polish
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
  • Understanding of the customer operations processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience in problem resolution
  • High attention to detail, strong can-do spirit
  • Appetite to go for an extra-mile
