They are operating international and producing sweet food products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
They are looking for a strong Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for the French and English market. This job is to cover a maternity leave.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being responsible for order confirmations
- Provide information about orders
- Register the KPI's
- Being in contact with customers and provide information about develivering etc.
- Rule the logistic employees
REQUIREMENTS
- MBO or HBO degree
- 1-4 years of experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills in French, English and Dutch
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Customer minded
