For our Client, an international companylocated in Krakow ,we are currently looking for French OR German speakerswilling todevelop professionally in multinational environment.
Person on that positionwill be responsible for cooperating with French OR German Customers and providing them with all appropriate information. Basic job function is to interpret customer needs and provide customers satisfaction by helping them resolve their quires, in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care.
As the Specialist must make sure that all the answers are provided and it necessary escalate the query. We are looking for Candidates with fluent French OR German language, as well as experience in customer service or HR. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications will be an advantage.
Successful Candidatesare keen to learn and develop professionally. We are looking for customer focused people who strive perfection in everything they do and possess very good communication skills.
