For our Client, a well-established, international company based in Gdańsk we are currently looking for a Customer Order Coordinator with Dutch.
In this role, you will be responsible for placing orders into the SAP system, checking stock levels, and handling delivery issues (including delays). Furthermore, you will cooperate with warehouse, Logistics and Sales Team. You will also place claims into the system and cooperate with Finance to solve issues related to invoices .
This is a dynamic role where which requires fluency in Dutch.
To be successful in this role you need speak Dutch at least at B2 level. You need to be able to work under the time pressure and deadlines. You should be experienced in contacting Clients via phone and email. Past experience in supply chain will an advantage. The company provides training in SAP.
