The role
As Customer Facing Agent you will have pivotal operational role in the Supply Chain between the customer and the internal organization. You are also the point of contact for the customer regarding operational aspects such as service and logistics.
Responsibilities
· Customer analytics.
· Driving improvements.
· Product promotional activities.
· Independent customer support.
· Customer care communication.
· Support the key account managers and/or sales director to perform optimally.
· Customer relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience within the FMCG industry.
- Good command of Dutch and English
