tasks:
- responsibility for the entire OtC (order to cash) process
- order processing in SAP
- daily contact with clients and being the first point of contact
- cooperation with logistics and manufacturing department, as well as invoicing
your profile:
- good command of English and French (min. B2)
- experience on a similar position as a Customer service specialist in a corporate environment or similar
- knowledge of ERP system will be an asset
