On behalf of our Client, an international company, that is establishing a new SSC to provide financial and accounting services from Gdańsk, we are currently recruiting for the position of Customer Contact Specialist.
To be successful in this roleyou will need to have 1-2 year experience of similar position, especially Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting or Controlling. Good communication skills are necessary, SAP knowledge is preferred. The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure of time. Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Finnish, German, Swedish or French will be an asset.
The chosen Candidate will be responsible forperforming and processing day to day Customer Service operations, managing all incoming queries on a day-to-day basis and supporting process specialists in resolving complex queries. Furthermore Customer Contact Specialist will be responsible for preparation of required operational reports to manage and forecast customer service workload and report performance to the MG SSC operations manager. The chosen Candidate will be responsible not only for a customer contact work but also for transactional one.
