On behalf of our Client, international financial Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Gdansk, we are looking for people for the position of Customer Contact Agent with German or Swedish.
Your new role
The person holding this position will be responsible for performing and processing day-to-day customer service operations and managing all incoming financial queries on a day-to-day basis. You will be performing internal controls in the payment process and processing and verifying correctness of employees’ expenses according to company’s internal policies. Your scope of duties will also include support in preparation of customer service related trainings and presentations whenever needed.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a candidate with advanced language competences: English and German or Swedish on a proficient level. Experience on a similar position would be an asset. We require good knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP knowledge will be an advantage. In addition such skills like customer focus, problem solving skills and detail orientation are preferred.
