Customer Care Specialist (Biotechnology graduate - a must)

Location: Wrocław

Our client is one of the most prestigious biotechnology companies. Due to the expansion we are looking for professionals who are ready to join the telemarketing team in Wrocław.

 Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Generate marketing qualified leads (sales prospects) by completing phone calls to contacts who have responded to marketing activities. Once qualified, these sales prospects are then passed onto sales teams for follow-up.
• Target new, untouched or inactive customers in order to increase market reach and generate sales prospects.
• Utilize the CRM database (Salesforce) to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness of sales calls made by sales teams

Position Requirements:             

• Minimum Bachelors’ degree in a life science discipline.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of German language (B2) would be an advantage.
• Sales/Telesales experience is strong plus.
• Experience with content management systems (i.e. Salesforce) preferred

Personal Requirements:

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with local and internationally-based project team members
