Role Description

The team is managing all inter company replenishment and/or supply to 3rd party customers globally.
The Customer Care Representative/ Order Coordinator performs all operational activities related to the inter company replenishment and/or supply to 3rd party customers.

Responsibilities

- End to end Customer Care: point of contact within the internal supply chain for our local supply chain teams.
- Manages customer demands, questions and complaints
- provides visibility on order status and related deliveries (invoices, claims etc.),
- monitors stock statuses in market and takes appropriate actions within the upstream SC,
- coordinates and manages exceptions in supply and financials (stock issues, delays or issues with shipments, payment and credit issues)
- Order taking and acceptance (coordinate all relevant documentation necessary is available for shipping, like f.e. a Letter of Credit.
- Interaction with the global 3PL providing all information and documentation needed.

Requirements

- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Operation or any relevant qualification or comparable degree.
- Good understanding of the Customer Service processes and experience working in an international environment.
- Customer focused and service driven
- Good communication skills, good level of spoken and written English.
