Customer Care Agent with Spanish
Miejsce pracy: GdańskResponsibilities:
• managing customers" needs via phone and e-mail
• processing customers' requests and updating data in the computer systems
• receiving and responding to questions related to products, orders, invoices, payments, terms and conditions and others
• complaint handling
• cooperation with internal departments of the company e.g.: sales, finance and accounting or logistics
Requirements:
• fluent command of Spanish and English
• experience in customer service area will be an asset
• good knowledge of MS Office tools
• very good communication and interpersonal skills
• strong customer driven focus, problem solving skills
• basic knowledge of SAP is an asset
