For our Client, an international leading Provider of Aviation MRO services, we are currently searching for a experienced Manager, who will join its structure at the position of Customer and Contract Manager dedicated to a new global office based in Wroclaw.
Your new role
Being a part of global MRO Team (maintenance, repair and overhaul) located in Wroclaw, the person on this position will be mainly responsible for ensuring revenue, annual business plans, contract earnings and customer communication. It will be essential to be responsible for the financial outcome of contracts and monitoring all contract parameters/indicators, as well as preparing and updating of business offers and plans, including risk analysis. Moreover, the Customer and Contract Manager will build customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction, further will prepare for and carry out contractual negotiations on amendments. The responsibilities will also involve supervising and tracking engine events relating to the scope of work, logistics, materials, costs, process documentation and lead times and coordinating these with production units.
What you'll need to succeed
Our Client is seeking a person who has at least 2 years of experience gained in Business Management or Economy Department of investment goods in Aviation, Automotive or Shipping Industry, as well as at least Bachelor degree in a technical or economic discipline from a university or technical college. Experience in quotation processes and supply-costing are also essential to be a successful Candidate. Our Client is searching for a person who has excellent analytical skills, ability to conceptualise and a strong sense of responsibility because of work with complex processes. Due to multinational environment very good level of both spoken and written English is a must. Experience in aviation industry, particularly in engine maintenance services will be an advantage. To be successful in this role you should have strong commitment to excellent services and sharp customer-oriented focus. Ideal Candidate should demonstrate ability to take own initiative, work systematically and willingness to work at home base and abroad.
