Our client is pharmaceutical and international company which has the main purpose in making distributing medicine easier in order to approach more people in all Europe. Company is located in Breda, North Brabant.
Description:
For this role it is important that candidate has eagerness to responding on daily requests from the customers. You will be main point and first impression about our company with ability to solve the potential requests and problems. We are looking for a candidate who is native in Polish language.
Responsibilities:
Provide fast and accurate communication
Answering the phone calls
Ability to make long relations with new clients
Solving the complains of clients
Being familiar with new updates in pharmaceutical procedures
Update data about our new clients
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree in field connected to business administration
Must be fluent in Polish and English, knowledge of Dutch language is big plus
Minimum 1 year of working experience with customer service
Having a knowledge of MS office, especially Excel
Familiarity with GDP regulations

Start date: ASAP (Full time position, 40 hours)
