Responsibilities:
- The position of CRM Expert demands extensive cross-functional collaboration, very good communication skills, excellent CRM skills, creative skills and a process-focused aptitude that will enable effectively execution of multiple responsibilities and deliverables;
- Continuous focus in achieving efficient and effective solutions within given scope, time& budget, identifying the optimal allocation of relevant resources (internal and external);
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business concepts and processes in converged telecommunications industry, but as well specific characteristics of B2C, B2B and wholesale business segments;
- Capability to identify and define business needs and expectations, as well as their impact in the overall business and IT landscape;
- It is requested at least 5 years of relevant experience, with participation in at least 2 significant transformation programs in IT systems architecture, customer management, product & offer catalogue and management, sales management and order fulfillment, in order to lead the delivery of expected level of solution standardization and efficiency;
- Advanced understanding and practice of diverse IT software development methodology (Waterfall, Agile, combined) and lifecycle;
- Capability to quickly accommodate to legacy IT solutions, with high degree of customizations and non-standard implementation;
- Experience with several different CRM solutions is considered an advantage;
- Demonstrable ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances and deliver projects on time, on budget and to specification;
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- A positive attitude and the skill and ability to motivate technical teams;
- Availability for internal travel is mandatory;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
