CRM Architect - C/4 HANA
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a professional and experienced C/4 HANA - CRM Architect to join our client's team based in Poznan. You will report to CIO and collaborate closely with Core Sales leadership team in Berlin.
Client Details
Our Client is an international company with their CoE located in city center of Poznan. For their developing structures we are looking for experienced candidate for the role of CRM Architect - C/4 HANA.
Description
- Act as single point of contact for the international rollout of our CRM solution - SAP C/4 HANA
- Technical end to end ownership of complete CRM Architecture including functionalities, Interfaces, integrations (ERP, SAP SuccessFactors, Concur etc) and security concepts
- Own and maintain complete CRM environment - technical feasibility studies, Business Requirements, Functional requirements, User support, trainings and Super User roles and responsibilities
- C/4 HANA solution consulting (for a specific applications : creation of business blueprint, solution designing, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)
- Conduct periodic status checks with internal customers and teams to assess progress against plan, performs re-forecasts of project variables as necessary throughout project, and utilize project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum to support the project timeline
- Review of the SAP releases paired with a constant fascination for the latest SAP products around C/4 HANA and digitization
- Consult and brainstorm with business on C/4 HANA use cases, implementation and absorption in the organization worldwide
Profile
- Experience in project management, systems integration and software development or consulting.
- Experience overall in CRM domain (SAP C/4 HANA/Salesforce/Dynamics)
- Experience in hands on full lifecycle, production-scale C/4HANA implementations
- SAP certification (CRM) highly preferred
- Agile or SCRUM certification highly preferred
- Strong English language skills both verbal and written
- Strong people and stakeholder management skills and competencies
- Building a Successful Team, Partnerships and Networks
- Building Trust and an effective Communication
- Ready to Travel as and when required
