Your new role
Credit Controller who will administer all data relating to the credit management of customers, maximize cash collections and achieve related Company targets whilst building and maintaining good customer relations.
Main responsibilities are:
• Cash collection via phone, email and letter.
• Resolving outstanding account queries
• Resolving outstanding internal queries
• Reconciling accounts
• Sending dunning letters, statements & copy invoices
• Processing credit notes & refunds
• Uploading invoices to customer portals
• Providing credit checks for new and existing business
What you'll need to succeed
• The Credit controller must have previous credit control experience, have Math’s and English qualifications. In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have at least intermediate level of English and Norwegian or Swedish. We are looking for someone who will be have Candidate have to be organized, have excellent communication skills, be confident and persistent, have the ability to keep calm under pressure, and have strong IT and Excel skills
