For their shared service centre we are looking for Credit Controller with German language.
About the role
You will be close working with business clients. Your main responsibilities will analysing and investigating overdue accounts, reviewing credit limits, sending out reminders, monitoring outstanding balances, assisting customers in dispute resolution. You will be also preparing monthly reports, looking for process improvements and ageing on payments plans.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with excellent German language skills (C1 level)and good English (B1/B2), who has gained first experience in accountancy (preferable AR departments), finance or in customer service. You will need good analytical and soft skills.
