For our Client, international company in HVAC sector we are looking for candidate on position of:
Country ManagerMiejsce pracy: Poznań
Main duties:
- Managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
- Oversee and develop new business and ensure profitability.
- Responsible for managing overall operations, recruiting staff and creating budgets.
- Develop plans for company growth and improvement of sales.
- Responsible for building a company’s brand in Poland being involved in product positioning and global brand marketing development.
- Research to develop brand strategies and implement them to promote company products and services.
- Assess company progress, sales and marketing successes and compile reports to submit to superiors.
- Daily contact with clients.
Expectations:
- Experience in managing sales team in technical sector (diverse team).
- Proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen.
- Economic or engineering degree.
- Strong leadership and teamwork approach.
- Technical understanding.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and planning skills.
- Business understanding.
- Bringing new ideas and initiatives.
- Ability to recruit staff and monitor performance.
- Minimum very good (C1) language skills in English (working in international environment).
- Nice to have German language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.
- Driving licence B cat.
- Willingness to carry out national and business travel (2-3 days a week).
