Country Manager Poland (m/f)
Develop and lead the implementation of the commercial and product categories strategies in Poland to accelerate profitable growth in accordance with the Regional strategy and business plan with a particular focus on developing and growing the market share.

For our client, international automotive company, due to further development we are looking for experienced Country Manager.
Description
- Management and supervision of the Company
- Management of legal & financial risk of the company
- Develop, communicate, and manage the execution of the country's commercial strategy and business plan to maximize overall business performance, profitability, market penetration
- Manage P&L and deliver against the regional business plan financial and non-financial targets to maximize business performance and profitable sales growth
- Drive customer product needs identification process within the region. Review and drive the development of new market opportunities. Lead the development of tailored route to market strategies across the region
- Active customer care and the acquisition of large / key account customers within the country
- Lead, align, motivate, and performance manage direct reporting staff to ensure their continuous commitment and engagement to deliver the business plan
Profile
- University degree
- Fluent English at business level, both written and spoken
- At least 15- years of professional and management experience within an international environment (General Management Expertise)
- Automotive background or relevant adjacent industry is required
- A strategic sales director with strong business acumen and business focus
- Results oriented and customer focus
- Ability to manage forecasts and budgets with tight control procedures
- Proven track record of managing and developing a sizable team
- Proactive, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure
- Team player, experience in managing a team
- Willing to travel
- Fully competent of Microsoft Office range of products
