THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Flandre Orientale Belgium.
The company is a large player in the food industry with a variety of product categories.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Corporate Quality Manager, you are responsible for managing the quality system and continuously improving quality on the various sites. You will discuss client wishes and translate these to internal procedures and ways of working. You will report directly to the Manufacturing Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and continuously improve the quality system, thereby ensuring a consistent level of quality throughout the supply chain.
- Translate client and legislative demands into new ways of working and procedures.
- Continuously improve quality performance based on audit results and client feedback.
- Coach employees and raise awareness for quality issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Bio-Engineering, Industrial Engineering Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as QA Managers in the food industry.
- Experience at the group level is an asset.
- Experience with HACCP, BRC, IFS and GMP.
- Fluency in Dutch, English required; fluency in French is an asset.
