Our client is a professional Biotechnology, Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

This company discovers, develops and produces new innovative human therapeutics that improve the life expectancy of humanity.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Netherlands. As the Training Coordinator you will be accountable for providing global core program administration and coordination. You will liaison with partners, e.g. training vendors and local site contacts for logistics in order to make sure the event will go smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure a global plan of events is delivered in the responsible region as per defined program process maps
- Day-to-day Program Management
- LMS assignment and program offerings are accurate and up-to-date
- Program registration monitoring
- Program execution support including liaison with defined local site contacts of the regional hubs
- Program evaluation & reporting
- Ensure participants and stakeholder are engaged and aware of available program offerings, including usage of the learning platforms
- Ensure their services as part of the defined process maps are delivered to the highest quality to meet company needs
- Provide PM coordination support on global initiatives delivered by the team

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3-5 years administration experience in an International environment, preferably in a training role
- Demonstrates high level of systems administration experience, ideally working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluency in English language verbal and written
- Strong organization and time management skills and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Getting work done in an effective and efficient way to meet deadlines
- Project coordination skills
- Preferably HR experience
- Take initiative and pro-actively suggesting new ideas and approaches
