Controlling Manager
On behalf of our client, international business operating on several markets across different continents, we are currently looking for motivated and knowledgeable individual to take up a crucial position of Controlling Manager. The role has a key impact on business as interacts with senior management and the board. The position is located in Wroclaw.

The client operates in manufacturing and trading sector being present on variety of markets both in Poland and abroad.
Description
- Provide financial planning, budgeting and reporting activities (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow estimation)
- Strategic planning in order to deploy the strategic directions for the company
- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
- Day-to-day management and improvement / efficiency of financial systems, processes and controls
- Reporting according to company's standards
- Controlling and analyzing major company's projects
- Monitoring target achievements
- Continuous improvement of controlling processes; development and implementation of new controlling solutions
Profile
- University degree with a strong focus on Accounting/Finance, additional certificates and studies will be a plus
- 5+ years of experience in controlling with minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing business
- Very good English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Ms Excel)
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Result and business orientation, proactive personality
- Hands-on approach with can-do attitude
