Controlling Director
Hired candidate will be responsible for handling overall aspects of financial controlling, with focus on managing experienced professionals. You will be reporting directly to CFO and co-operating with other Business Partners within the Group.

Our client is a global manufacturer, leader in his industry with successful business model. Due to intensive development company is looking for experienced Controlling Director.
Description
- Managing of the Controlling Department, developing of a target orientated structure and mindset within the team.
- Business Partner for local and global management and all employees regarding financial and administrative topics.
- Responsible for internal reporting and KPI tracking and supporting of Accounting Department in external reporting.
- Development, implementation and preparation of general and specific reporting.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and Budget- and Forecast procedure.
- Work closely with the operation team on defining and reporting of the standard costs structure and KPIs.
- Act as finance advisory and make recommendations to the board to allow the business to make informed, strategic, managerial and operational decisions.
- Provide the business controlling for Group functions and Group projects.
- Identify potential efficiency / value creation gains and derive recommendations on actions to initiate.
- Take initiatives in harmonizing as well as increasing efficiency and added value of reporting, business plan process, financial modelling and data analytics.
Profile
- Completed business administration or financial studies (Master)
- Professional experience on managerial position in Controlling.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Fluent Business English knowledge
- Specialized knowledge of finance and controlling (also local regulations and IFRS)
- Knowledge of internal control system (ICS) principles.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and their impact on the area of corporate finance.
