Continuous Improvement Manager
Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for creating and driving activities in the CI area in close cooperation with plants across the region with strong Group exposure.

Our client is one of the most recognised companies in the automotive industry. Currently, due to the dynamic growth, we are looking for candidates for the Continuous Improvement Manager position.
Description
- Driving and promoting continuous improvement activities and standards across the plant in order to improve industrial performance;
- Supporting technical assessments to achieve manufacturing and business goals;
- Introducing CI initiatives and workshops that facilitate improvement of the key business plant indicators;
- Promoting Lean culture across the plant;
- Managing technical assessments within the plant and follow up the action plan that has been deployed and completed;
- Actively collaborating with CI teams and management in the region;
- Training and coaching plant management team in order to achieve CI projects' goals.
Profile
- At least 5 years on a similar position in the production environment, preferably in the automotive industry;
- Higher technical education (preferred fields of study: Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related);
- Preferable experience in the Lean Six Sigma methodology, Six Sigma Green Belt will be an advantage;
- Passion for driving CI initiatives and inspire teams;
- Fluent English.
