Due to dynamic growth and development we are seeking to recruit an experienced and self-motivated individual for the position of Continuous Improvement Manager/Lead.
Person hired on this position will be responsible for developing sustainable and transformational mindset change in an identified area of the business, and establishing a structure to develop lean culture and Continuous Improvement capabilities within the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Continuous Improvement professionals, providing direction and support to achieve increased company operational efficiency;
- Initiate and Drive a culture on Continuous Improvement across the organization using a range of lean 6 sigma methods, processes and tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Kaizen, Level Loading;
- Facilitate gap analysis through surveys, workshops, and external reviews of the business across departments.
- Govern process mining approach to address cycle time and efficiency challenges across various business processes;
- Benchmark processes, both internally and externally, implement best “in-class” practices and solutions;
- Prepare presentations to senior leaders introducing recommendations and highlight any risks and costs associated with recommended changes;
- Build continuous improvement capability through training and implementation of various processes, tools and methods.
- Acting as the expert on Lean, Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to Sponsors, Black Belt / Green Belt candidates on the proper use of tools and improvement processes;
- Combine technical knowledge with people and organizational skills to deliver operational improvements within the defined timeframe.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years’ experience with Continuous Improvement projects including back office operations (preferably in Finance Operations, IT, Digital etc.)
- Managerial experience of leading a small team
- Trained and / or Certified in Lean Six Sigma would be preferential
- Strong analytical, problem solving and training skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
