Lokalizacja: WrześniaOur Client is the market leader for software in the flat glass industry as well as the windows and doors business. They are developing ERP-, PPS- and optimization software in order to make glass and window manufacturers even more efficient. Their products are suitable for small, mid-sized and large companies.
Due to sustainable growth of our Client we are looking for a new Team member :
Main tasks:
- Analysis and classification of incoming customer requests for the 1st and 2nd level support in international customer ERP and PPS Systems
- Communicate effectively, promptly, courteously, and accurately with customers regarding their requests
- Managing tickets through the entire support process and ensuring customer is consistently updated
- Co-operate closely with the Research & Development and Professional services
- Taking real ownership for resolution of allocated requests
- Independent implementation of small project parts
- Consultancy of our customers and implementation of best practice approaches
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ERP systems from User or Programmer side
- Assertiveness and a confident, friendly manner towards colleagues and customers
- English language is mandatory, German language knowledge will be desirable
- Ability to work as a Team Player
- Preferably knowledge in database structures and SQL
- Willingness for comprehensive training
