Your new company
For our client, global management consulting firm, providing the full spectrum of consulting services, we are currently looking for the Consultant Assistant with French.
Your new role
- Managing consultants’ complex calendars, scheduling meeting, travels and itineraries across various time zones and locations, according to given priorities
- Administration support
- Monitor, produce and proof-read correspondence, documents, packs and presentations
- Professionally and proactively screen and deal with calls and other correspondence responsibly
- Effectively liaise with clients, teams and other contacts
- Organise client and internal conferences and personnel committees within the Firm when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Very good verbal and written French (C1 – CEFR or equivalent preferred) is a must
- Good verbal and written English (B2+ - CERF or equivalent preferred) would be an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility, proactive mind-set and excellent organizational skills
- Team player with strong communication skills, the ability to build and maintain positive and lasting relationship with co-workers
