- Monitoring IBM Mainframe, Unix and Windows Servers, AS400, HP3000.
- Addressing job failures using recovery documentation, Call the team and On-Call support.
- Reacting to alerts raised by Tivoli.
- Ensuring deadlines for SLA's are met.
- Utilisation of the Ears change.
- Fully understand all Operational documentation.
- Cross train onto other technologies if required.
- Produce daily reports which are distributed internally and to clients.
- Working Pattern: Shift worker covering 24*7*365.
