Compliance Specialist
We are looking for a Candidate with experience in the Compliance area who wants to do it globally.
Client Details
Our Client is an international producer of steel, concrete products and chemicals used widely in the mining, construction and energy sectors. They also provide specialised equipment.
Description
- Establishing a global Compliance Program (policies, procedures, trainings, etc.) on Trade Compliance (i.e. sanctions), Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Data Privacy, AML, etc.
- Act as go-to person for our global businesses in all compliance matters and manage the Compliance Program (approvals/trainings/audits/etc.)
- Further develop the Compliance Program as the business develops
- Report into General Counsel
Profile
- University degree and at least 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar function
- Ability to work in an inter-cultural environment and with contact to governmental authorities
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills are essential as this role will be interacting with businesses across the globe
- Hands-on approach and willingness to grow
- Fluent English, additional languages preferred W
