For our Client, the Wroclaw based global SSC company we are looking for an ideal candidate to join the company as a Complaint Specialist with French
Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for end to end complaint handling process including receiving, capturing, translating and following customer’s product complaints in line with quality standards and procedures. You will manage product complaints and their follow-up in a timely and accurate manner with clear accountability for quality, compliance and data integrity. Your everyday duties will also include monitoring and translating customer communication, providing support and resolving customer queries. You will be mainly speaking with French and English speaking customers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you need to speak French and English fluently. Your previous experience in dynamic multinational SSC environment will be a great advantage. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and manage time effectively will lead to your success.
