Currently for our Client, a global organization from automotive industry, establishing its new HR Service Center in Katowice, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Compensation Manager.
Your new role
Acting as Compensation Manager you will be responsible for compensation implementation, management, and administration of policies and programs for one of more countries in EMEA. The position is required to conduct special studies and recommendations annual bonus plans, sales compensation plans, retention, and market pricing. Responsible for partnering with the HR Business Partners and management to attract, retain, and motivate high quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as best place to work.
What you'll need to succeed
Suitable Candidates possess 5 years or greater of compensation experience required, experience with automation and/or technology/or SSC companies is, ability to travel, University degree in human resource management, business or related field. Knowledge of English language is required (min. C1 level).
