Within this role you will be responsible for managing projects of publication processes, from the moment of forecasting, through reviewing until reporting. You will be a part of the Communication team who is crucial in presenting the research conducted to the audience both inside and outside.

Responsibilities
- Managing ongoing publication systems and processes
- Maintaining the processes and ensure that they’re accessible for everyone
- Improve training materials
- Coordinate the process
- Collaborate with different teams and external stakeholders on new ways of working
- Forecast and report on publishing operations
- Support meetings – prepare and present
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role
- Outstanding skills in project and stakeholder management
- Good analytical skills and knowledgeable about measuring performance
- Attentive to details and pragmatic, natural problem solver
- Exceptional communication skills
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Customer oriented
