Uniquely, the team has no experience with Validation. For this reason, we are looking for an experienced validation professional to coach the team.
Furthermore, the role has a clear commercial component, meaning you will be responsible for determining the specifications of existing and new product lines, as well as ensuring product launches are executed on time.
In this role, you will manage a team of 10 and you yourself will report to the Director of Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing.
- Manage the technical commercialization by supplying technical plans with ao. risk analysis and technical milestone management
- Perform validation procedures and develop, review and implement protocols related to equipment, utilities and processes;
- Identify, document and investigate deviations;
- Represent the site and team at technical milestones in the project;
- Liaise with R&D.
- Experience with KPI reporting and knowledge of SPC;
- Experience with pharma/FDA validation, project/process engineering within FMCG;
- Lean Manufacturing experience.

My client is a world leader in production and sales of cosmeceuticals, cosmetics and skin- and haircare. They have two sites in Belgium, one of them situated in the Antwerp Area. The site consists of a factory (specialized in tubes, liquids and lipsticks), a distribution center, coordination center and several international services.Role Description
