For our client, global American logistics company, we are looking for Collections Specialist with Spanishlanguage.
Working on this position, you will be responsible for:
• Calling and e-mailing customers requesting payment status on past due balances
• Researching all credits, balance dues in their entirety and providing clear documentation to the customer and branches requesting resolution
• Provide timely and professional service to branches and customers
• Build and coordinate partnerships internally with branches to strengthen customer relations and overall profitability
We are looking for candidateswith very good English and communication Spanish language skills. You need experience in collections / accounts receivables or similar processes. You also have to be customer oriented person.
We can offer youemployee contract (directly with the client), attractive salary, possibilities to grow up and office in great location (near to main railway station).
