On behalf of our Client, international center of excellence for online higher education in Tricity, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Collections Manager.
The person in this position will be responsible for the overall management of all past due receivables for University from US. Collections Manager will have to review, approve and submit every other month accounts considered uncollectible to CFO and Bursar, manage staff to ensure that proper contact and follow up are being made with the student population on a regular basis and manage and review outside Collection Agencies to ensure positive results. Moreover person in this position will be responsible for implementing successful strategies and seek new methods to reduce delinquency as trends change and monitor and report suspension results.
To be successful in this role you should have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field, at least 5 years of experience in finance, with heavy emphasis in Financial Aid, and have solid understanding of business dynamics and operations. We are looking for Candidates with strong technical and automation skills who are able to work in a constantly changing environment and demonstrate the ability to communicate issues and recommendations persuasively and effectively to key stakeholders.
