On behalf of our Client, recognisable IT outsourcing company, we are currently looking to recruit Coach / Soft Skills Trainer with French language.
Your new role
You will be responsible forlanguage mentoring of employees who work with external clients, ensuring linguistic correctness and compliance with cultural norms typical for a designated language area (French-speaking countries).
You will provide employee evaluation based on the analysis of "samples" of e-mails and conversations with external clients, assessment of the degree of compliance with the requirements for agents (eg. proper opening and closing of calls, verification, paraphrasing a problem, resolving a case, correct documentation, etc.), providing feedback to agents after quality assessment, coaching, providing training and guidelines.
What do you need to succeed?
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in coaching, teaching or delivering training, advanced level of French and good of English language, knowledge of the culture of French-speaking countries, experience in providing feedback, analytical and communication skills, high work ethics.
