They are a subsidiary of a global pharmaceutical company with a focus on oncology amongst others.

Role Description

The program manager provides project management support to CMC Leaders and CMC teams, meaning you will provide CMC Team support by managing and facilitating Teams as agreed upon by the CMC Lead. You are tasked with building project timelines; Developing and analyzing scenarios, risk assessment and mitigation planning; Developing project budgets and
develop and manage Team resource (FTE) needs in collaboration with drug development team functions.

Responsibilities

You will be an active member of assigned CMC teams. You are responsible for team facilitation & management.
On of your bigger tasks is to translate strategies into PDMS(CMC) operational plans that can be used when setting up timelines.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Scientific Discipline (Masters Degree preferred).
- Project Management Professional(PMP) or other related certification is desirable
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and drug development is required
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Development CMC/PDMS is required
- Experience in Project Management is a must
- Fluent in English
