THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Clinical Research organization, based in Brussel Belgium.

The client is an international pharmaceutical company.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

You will provide administrative support to the clinical study staff and clinical project managers. This position is a freelance position, full time, on site from the start of January until the end of December.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will process, track and file study data and make sure that all study documents are complete. Provide internal communications regarding the important clinical data. Provide safety documentation for the groups that support the safety committee. Assist with logistics for meetings with investigators and other experts. You will participate in improving all processes.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of a BSc-degree, preferrably in sciences
- Previous clinical research experience, in order to understand the mechanics of Clinical Research
- Previous administrative support and experienced with MS Office
- Strong organizational and communicative skills
