ROLE DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be responsible for the management and daily coordination of the team of Coordinators. This includes; process improvement and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Organize and evaluate the team
- Hiring new people
- Assign projects (competence, workload and experience)
- Follow up on client requests
- Evaluate processes
- Ensure update and training of team
- Write/resolve CAPAs, SOPs

REQUIREMENTS

- Master degree or equal by experience
- Clinical Research experience (3+ years)
- Experienced, strong people manager
- Teamplayer
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Accurate, quality minded
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Pro-active
