Your new role
Working as Client Support Representative you will provide the highest possible standard of customer support and technical assistance to Corporate customers in an effective and timely manner. Some of the daily tasks you will perform include accurately logging support request information, paying particular attention to problem description, resolution, user reaction and follow up action. Other duties will include taking full accountability for customer enquiries and either responding personally or escalating to appropriate team and ensuring that a response is provided and given to the customer in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
We expect you to be fluent English and German speaker with excellent customer service and people skills. Moreover, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal would be desirable. You also need to be a degree educated ideally within finance or technology related subjects.
