registration (entry) of the claim in the appropriate system
validation of coverage in accordance with the insurance conditions / policy validation
cooperating with external entities on obtaining information necessary for the claim handling or establishing / supplementing reserves
searching recourse information and doing recourse by contacting airlines, public health insurance and other insurance companies
data registration and processing in the Employer"s systems
administrative tasks, incl. participation in the work of the team related to the month-end closing - checking the list of missing reserves and older claims, updating the status of cases, other administrative tasks related to claims handling
Requirements:
Very good English and Danish or Swedish (at least B2 level)
High accuracy and focus on details.
Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
