CISO Risk Specialist
Location: WroclawThe team is tasked to ensure that the data and IT systems of the bank are appropriately protected whilst enabling technology advancements in line with business strategies. We play a pivotal role in fulfilling this mandate by providing IT risk advisory and technology risk assessment services of projects, applications, vendors and IT infrastructure to internal clients globally, helping them to understand IT risk exposure in their area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CISO team has seven members; six of them based in Poland. Our key role is to provide cyber & information security consultancy and standard methodology advice towards IT and business teams. We are actively engaged in key cyber security projects that have overall impact on the Bank. We also drive key security testing programs (application security testing, penetration testing) for ESS and provide independent oversight over the global red teaming program.
SKILLS
MUST
- Experience in IT security and risk management disciplines
- Strong IT background (IT degree holder preferred)
- Good understanding of IT security best practices
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Proactive and self-manage nature; problem solving skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Information Security audit or risk assessment experience in complex IT environments, including Cloud technologies.
- Professional certifications in cyber / information security (e.g. CISSP / CISA / CISM)
- Knowledge of IT technology (networks, operating systems, databases etc.),
- Knowledge of IT security controls (firewall, IPS, access management, DLP etc.),
- Understanding of IT threats and how to protect organization from them.
