Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
They are trying to anticipate, define and develop new propositions for their customers, which include business models and programs that realise a strong stakeholder partnership.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the role of CIO Value Creation you will be reporting to the CIO EMEA and IT Vice President. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop and execute an innovative technology strategy as well as a roadmap that enhances the company's market position to drive growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with business partners in EMEA to define the changes in strategy.
- Defining a roadmap to maximise business value and minimise time to market.
- Build strong external partnership and connection with technology providers in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
- Managing the global IT investment portfolio
- Support from an IT/CoE perspective
- Shape the future value creation portfolio
- Building IT partnerships (internal & external)
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness through infrastructure optimisation
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in business administration or computer science
- 10 years' experience in leading an IT organisation
- 10 years' experience with IT
- Understanding business processes and have the ability to relate priorities for investment
- Ability to influence different level of the organisation
- Expert in driving change and improvement in Information Technology
- Ability to set a standard operating level that results in continuous growth
- Ability to travel (20%)
- Can translate business process needs into IT solutions
