Chief Accountant

• Taking full responsibility for the financial book-keeping
• Being the central point of contact and liaise with various stakeholders in respect of transactions performed by the Finance team
• Managing the relationship with our external accountants and tax advisors, who are responsible for preparing statutory accounts, VAT returns and annual tax returns.
• Monitoring and managing the treasury forecasting of the specific entities and deliver reports as requested.
• Continuously developing, optimizing & standardizing the finance
• Overseeing various accounting operations to ensure compliance with internal & external reporting requirements
• Managing and co-ordinate for all Internal and External audits.

• + 5 years of experience in finance accounting or reporting
• MA degree in finance or Business
• Advanced knowledge in working with financial books
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
• Experience in navigating, working and succeeding in complex stakeholder landscapes
• Experience with all aspects of finance - Preferably experience from non- SSC/GBS/BPO environment and with establishment of teams
• Medium knowledge with process standardisation and improvement
• Good understanding of internal controls and risk management
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
